Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using SnapDish (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapDish. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at businesscodepulse@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create accounts by automated means or impersonate any person or entity.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate, store, or share content involving minors in an inappropriate context
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to SnapDish. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your household.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising or share it outside your household without your consent.

Ingredient detection and recipes are generated by AI and are provided for general informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes, omit ingredients, misidentify items in a photo, or produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable suggestions. We do not guarantee that:

• Recipes are accurate, complete, or suitable for your dietary or health needs
• Ingredient lists identify every allergen, source of cross-contact, or dietary restriction
• Suggested cooking methods, timings, or storage guidance are safe for your ingredients or circumstances

Always inspect ingredients and packaging, check allergen information, and use your own judgement when preparing food. Do not rely on the App for medical, nutritional, allergy, or food-safety advice. If you or someone eating the meal has an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or strict dietary requirement, verify every ingredient and consult an appropriately qualified professional where needed.

The SnapDish app, including its design, code, and branding, is our exclusive property and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

SnapDish is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or its AI-generated results will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, safe, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapDish and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including allergic reactions, food-safety issues, or reliance on AI-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
